MANAGING AN INNOVATION PROJECT

Is your business looking to bring a new product to market, implement a new process or service, or maybe you want to change your business model? If so, ATI’s ‘Managing an Innovation Project’ workshop offers comprehensive guidance and helps reduce the elements of risk surrounding your innovation project.

Here’s what Mike Turner, of the Six O’clock Club, had to say after attending the full day course:

“Great session, well delivered. Suzanne very obviously knows her stuff and delivered an informative and entertaining session.”
